Nokedli with Mushroom Perkelt
1 Nokedli
300g Flour
1 Tsp salt
2 or 3 eggs
150 ml water
Preparation method:
stir quickly, not too much
boil pot of water, add a little salt and oil
push dough through big special siv and stir
bring to boil
leave to boil for 1 minute
drain
serve with olive oil
